After showing us how to look optimistically at life, after days of cracking jokes, telling funny stories, dreaming of teasing his Dad, and dreaming of baking cookies and brownies with Alexis, Dallin said his tender goodbyes to each of his family members and went home to his Heavenly Father.

Sherry asked me to post about Dallin's current condition.  We send our prayers and love to Dallin and all his family and friends.

His cancer has returned and he is returning home.
I found this picture today while cleaning out some old picture files.  This was taken when Travis was undergoing cancer treatment and had to shave his head, so some of his friends and family got together and shaved their heads as well at a big shave party.  Even little Dallin got in on the action at the top of the bald pyramid.  This picture was taken in South Jordan before they moved to Kaysville.

When Life Gives you Lemons……...

The shirts were ready, the lemons were loaded and ready to go, and even the weather cooperated! For a while now, Dallin thought it would be fun to wear a shirt that said life, and go hand out lemons in a very fun "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade,"  way.  He was not feeling very good today, so a bed was made in the back of the car and he was able to be a part of the event.  Many friends and family came to be a part of the fun, handing out lemons and talking to people milling about the commons area.

One guy, after receiving his lemon and hearing why we were doing this today, said he really needed that.  We all did.  Thank you Dallin.
